In addition to a chapter filled with useful general information, this helpful guide addresses the following areas: front end, door and center pillar, rear quarter, rear end, seats, headlining, folding top, electrical, lubrication and exterior molding.

The 1959 Buick model year marked major changes for the division, many famous model names, such as Special, Super, Roadmaster and Limited were retired, and soon to be mainstays, such as Electra, Electra 225, Invicta and LeSabre were introduced. The radical styling for '59 was even more bold than the name changes. It had taken General Motors a couple of years to catch up the wildly-popular "Forward Look", which Chrysler had debuted in 1957 (leaving all others looking outdated). If Buick was a little late getting to the party, at least they were a big hit when they arrived. The styling was long, low and lean. The rear-end styling featured delta wings above jet-exhaust inspired tail lights. The sides featured dynamic trim and body lines. The front end mimicked the delta wings and the headlights were canted...not stacked, not side-by-side. The angled lines above the headlights gave the whole front the look of intensity, like eyebrows angrily tilted downward. It's a wonderfully aggressive glare that shows everyone that these cars mean business. Keep your classic 59 Buick looking its best with this comprehensive guide. Order yours today!

Did you know that when installing the rear seat back to quarter panel filler panel on "39" Styles, you should always align the upper end of the filler panel to shelf panel first? Did you also know that in some cases, it may be necessary to drill new holes when installing the filler panel? You would if you owned this book and looked up section 5-C regarding the rear seats. You'd know that, and a whole lot more. It contains a huge amount of information from the experts, so you don't have to learn the hard way!
