This OEM 1969 Chrysler Car Body & Chassis Parts Book is a high-quality, authorized, licensed reproduction of the original parts book / catalog published by Chrysler Corporation.

There are plenty of examples to show us that 1969 was an exciting time, and the Mopar lineup certainly did its part to make it that way. Whatever style and power level you desired, chances are, in 1969, Plymouth, Dodge, Chrysler and Imperial not only had you covered, but gave you multiple options from which to choose. When it's time to get after the projects for your 1969 Mopar, don't stop at ordering ONLY a service manual. Sure, those are great for getting the lowdown on torque specs and step by step instructions, but to really see the whole picture, you're going to want to order a parts book, too. Why? For starters, because the shop manual assumes you already have all the fasteners and parts...and that they are all correct. This parts book helps you inventory what you'll need. It even has other cool details, like instructions for how to decode your vehicle identification plate.

This extensive Mopar parts catalog weighs in at an impressive 1,326 pages, but has been conveniently divided into two volumes. If you think it's just a phone book style listing of numbers, you're going to be in for a pleasant surprise. Inside you'll find an impressive number of quality exploded view illustrations. In each, there are arrows pointing to the individual pieces and fasteners. It's a great way to see how the puzzle is supposed to fit together. The arrows have been labeled with a name/description and a code number. By flipping to the appropriate section, you'll find helpful information such as the quantity needed, the description and, of course, the part number. There are indexes included, so you can look things up by part number, or you can alphabetically find code numbers, by using the part name.

Many who own these classic vehicles now, weren't the original purchasers. They don't know the previous owners and what kind of (lack of?) mechanical skills they employed for service and repairs over the years. Did they use the correct number, type and length of screws, or resort to a duct tape, some baling wire and a variety pack of zip-ties? Did they check the grade of the hardware, or just use what they had sitting around which happened to fit? When you're ready to dig into your Mopar project, this book will be sure to show you whether you have ALL or the parts and if they are correct. Nobody likes to scratch their head wondering how a set of brackets is supposed to fit together, only to finally figure out that some of the brackets aren't there, or that some of the ones in the pile don't even belong on the car at all. Naturally, having "extra" parts and pieces left over when you're finished certainly doesn't create a good feeling, either. To all of you brave souls who inherited a project which was already mostly disassembled, but came with a treasure trove of mixed parts and plenty of vague promises that it is "all there", you'll truly appreciate this guide. Instead of just sighing when you look at those beat-up cardboard boxes and rusty coffee cans chock full of brackets, bolts, nuts, washers and who knows what all, bring in this book to help figure it all out.
