If you own an Allis-Chalmers farm tractor and need to do some maintenance and repairs, The Motor Bookstore offers a nice selection of I&T shop manuals covering the many Allis Chalmers tractor models.
I&T Manuals, now a division of Clymer Manuals, has been publishing tractor repair manuals for decades, which allow the DIY tractor owners to perform their own maintenance, service and repairs.
From the late 1920s, Allis-Chalmers started expanding and acquiring other tractor manufacturers, and by 1978 it formed a partnership becoming Siemens-Allis, a supplier of electrical equipment. By the late 1980s, Siemens took control of the company, but later sold it to Deutz-Fahr of Germany, which became Deutz-Allis.
Several acquisitions and name changes later, the company officially closed its doors in 1999, closing an important chapter in farm tractor history.
