Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

- Any book in its original, new condition.
- Any unopened CD-ROM or DVD.

We will issue a prompt refund for the price of any item you return, less a 20% surcharge/re-stocking fee.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number, so please call our office at 214-385-4890 or 888-255-2950, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CST to get the R.A. number and other instructions, before you ship the item.

We only refund shipping charges if we make a mistake. If you give us the wrong shipping address, you're responsible for your error, so please review the order confirmation email after you place your order, to insure there are no typos.


THE DOG ATE MY BOOK

In the case of merchandise that is returned with signs of mishandling, such as fingerprints, grease smudges, dog-eared pages, and stuff like that, a higher restocking fee may be charged.


LOST IN SPACE

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned to us by UPS or the Post Office, may be subject to additional postage fees, which are your responsibility.
