Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return:

• Any book* in its original, new condition.
• Any unopened VHS tape or DVD.

We will issue a refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is due to our error. In the case of merchandise that is returned with signs of mishandling, there will be a 20% surcharge/re-stocking fee. Please call us Monday through Friday, 9am-4pm EST, to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.

*Notice: Some items, such as CD-ROMs, textbooks, returned books, and used books, are non-returnable. Chilton Professional manuals are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please check with us before returning an item if you are unsure if it qualifies, or for more details.
