Local pick-up is available for residents of Volusia county and surrounding areas. Please call us before coming in to insure the item is in stock. We will be happy to waive shipping charges and make arrangements for you to pick-up your merchandise. Pick-up orders are subject to 6.5% sales tax.
Domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday via U.S. Mail (U.S. Post Office) and UPS (United Parcel Service), to all points in the U.S.
We offer Standard shipping (Media Mail) and UPS Ground to residential and commercial addresses, and military post offices in the continental U.S.
Priority Mail and UPS 2nd Day Air to all addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US possessions, and military post offices.
Express Mail and UPS Next Day Air to all addresses in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US possessions, and military post offices.
Shipping amount reflects shipping and handling charges.
Note: the U.S. Postal Service delivers Standard Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail Monday through Saturday.
Alternate shipping methods. FedEx, DHL, etc. can be used on special cases, and only if you have a current, valid account with the carrier. Orders shipped via alternate carriers are charged a non-refundable $10 handling fee.
International orders are usually shipped the next business day. If there's a problem or delay, we will notify you immediately via email.
Although our turn-around time is quite efficient, many factors beyond our control can affect timely delivery of your order. Therefore, we ask that international customers allow up to eight weeks for their order to arrive. Once a package leaves the United States, it cannot be tracked. Please be patient and check with your local postal and/or customs office.
Due to delivery issues, we do not ship to all countries. See the list below for international destinations we service. If your country is not listed, we will not ship your order.

Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to import duties and brokerage fees upon arrival. Therefore, you may have to pay an additional fee to receive your package.
Pursuant to USPS regulations we attach form PS-2976 (UPU CN-22), which declares the contents of the package and the value of the goods (shipping charges excluded), to all international mail.
We WILL NOT mark orders as "gift" or "sample," so please do not ask. Check with your local customs authorities about import duties or taxes before placing your order, as we are unable to answer those questions.
International shipping charges are based on the total weight of the package.
