The new C4 platform made its long-anticipated debut in '84 (after Corvette skipped the '83 model year altogether!). Just about everything was changed from a design dating back to the 60s. That didn't mean the '85 models were without reasons to celebrate. Quite the opposite. On the outside, only a subtle badge was changed from the previous year, but there were plenty of changes underneath. Some were big and some were made big due to a ton of small revisions adding up to a lot.
