Gale Bernhardt is a USA Cycling Level 1 coach with more than 30 years of experience working with athletes. She coached the USA triathlon team for the 2000 Olympic Games, and is the author of numerous books on cycling, triathlon, and fitness. She lives and trains in Loveland, Colorado.
